A CBIL client specializing in the research and development of medical devices expressed a training need to enhance the skills of their managers. These managers were already experts in their fields (i.e. radiologists, physicists, research scientists). They knew their industry but needed to enhance their “people skills.”
Our client asked CBIL to recommend a series of programs to address a variety of skills and we did. On a monthly basis, CBIL is delivering one of the following Achieve Global modules:
We are now half way through the program and so far, it has been a great success. Our client is so committed to the program that they offer a follow-up lunch session two weeks after each training meeting to reinforce the application of the new skills and to encourage the active use of the concepts and materials.
Recently the client requested additional training for supervisors. CBIL will be identifying and organizing a thirteen module program for a group of supervisors. In addition, this client plans to begin training the team leader tier of employees this summer. |
