Business Practice Leader – Research

Lou Gerst is the Business Practice Leader for Research at the Center for Business Industry and Labor at St. Louis Community College. He earned a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and brings more than 7 years of experience as a management consultant in the St. Louis area. He loves to measure things, but more importantly, has a great business sense and is always working to provide value to CBIL clients.
